War Horse



Melanie is playing the "Song Woman" in Mirvish's production of the critically acclaimed hit War Horse, now on stage at the Princess of Wales Theatre. 

Performance Schedule*

Due to the vocally challenging nature of Melanie's role in "War Horse", Melanie is scheduled as Songperson #1 (the "Song Woman) in 6 out of 8 shows per week. This is the same format that was adopted in the London and New York productions of "War Horse" in order to give the lead Songperson adequate vocal rest. In the remaining two shows, the wonderful Tatjana Cornij will play the role.
