Due to the vocally challenging nature of Melanie's role in "War Horse", Melanie is scheduled as Songperson #1 (the "Song Woman) in 6 out of 8 shows per week. This is the same format that was adopted in the London and New York productions of "War Horse" in order to give the lead Songperson adequate vocal rest. In the remaining two shows, Tatjana Cornij will play the role.
At this time, we have not been provided with Melanie's performance schedule. We expect that your best bet to catch Melanie in this role would be to book tickets for Thursday and Friday evening performances and avoid booking on days with two showings (Wednesdays and Saturdays).
